Mainland Europe ( Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City) : 10,00€
Rest of the world : 27,00€

Are returns and exchanges free of charge?

No, the return costs shall be borne by the customer after notifying the brand by email. The parcel shall be return in its original packaging with a tracking number.

On items that have been part of any season sales, the return can not be accepted.

How long do one have to return/exchange a product?

Our policy covers 14 days after reception of your order.

What is the return process?

Send an email to sales@helenathulin.com with your order number to notify your wish to return a product. One must return the Product(s) to be exchanged, in its/their original condition, within fourteen (14) days of the exchange request.

The Product(s) must be returned in its/their original inner and outer packaging, to the following address:
