Are returns and exchanges free of charge?
No, the return costs shall be borne by the customer after notifying the brand by email. The parcel shall be return in its original packaging with a tracking number.
On items that have been part of any season sales, the return can not be accepted.
How long do one have to return/exchange a product?
Our policy covers 14 days after reception of your order.
What is the return process?
Send an email to studio@helenathulin.com with your order number to notify your wish to return a product. One must return the Product(s) to be exchanged, in its/their original condition, within fourteen (14) days of the exchange request.
The Product(s) must be returned in its/their original inner and outer packaging, to the following address:

How long to get a refund?
You will receive a refund within 10 days after the product has been returned and validated by our team.
Are there any exceptions?
Yes, If a parcel is unclaimed, refused, returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or returned because delivery could not be completed, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return fees incurred by the carrier may be deducted from the amount refunded.
