Europe : Free
Outside UE : 25€

Are returns and exchanges free of charge?

Yes, the parcel return costs shall be borne by H E L E N A  T H U L I N within Europe on every items excepting season sales. Following internal validation of the return request, the H E L E N A  T H U L I N buyer care team will send you a prepaid return label by e-mail for you to affix to the parcel.

Outside Europe, the return costs shall be borne by the customers after notifying the brand by email. The parcel shall be return in its original packaging with a tracking number.

On items that have been part of any season sales, the return costs shall be borne by the customers with the same policy as the International returns.

How long do one have to return/exchange a product?

Our policy covers 14 days after reception of your order.

What is the return process?

Send an email to sales@helenathulin.com with your order number. One must return the Product(s) to be exchanged, in its/their original condition, within fourteen (14) days of the exchange request.

The Product(s) must be returned in its/their original inner and outer packaging, to the following address:
