Continental Europe (Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City): €10.00
Rest of the world: €35.00
Are returns and exchanges free?
No, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility after notifying the brand by email. The package must be returned in its original packaging with a tracking number.
Returns will not be accepted for items that were part of a season's sale.
How long do I have to return/exchange a product?
Our policy covers 14 days after receiving your order.
What is the return process?
Email sales@helenathulin.com with your order number to notify us of your wish to return a product. The Product(s) to be exchanged must be returned in their original condition within fourteen (14) days of the exchange request.
The Product(s) must be returned in their original inner and outer packaging to the following address:

Les retours et les échanges sont-ils gratuits ?
Non, les frais de retour sont à la charge du client après avoir prévenu la marque par email. Le colis devra être retourné dans son emballage d'origine avec un numéro de suivi.
Sur les articles ayant fait partie des soldes d'une saison, le retour ne pourra être accepté.
